History

Bank of Elmwood has a history of providing Red Carpet Service. That's the philosophy on which Harold Levin founded the Bank of Elmwood in 1960 in Southeastern Wisconsin. It was a philosophy born of nearly 60 years of Levin family experience in retail sales in Racine, WI.

When Harold Levin died in 1974, his son Jess, a young 28 year old, continued his father's vision of providing a consistently high level of customer service. The bank's assets increased significantly over the years as Bank of Elmwood developed into an independently owned mainstay in the community.

Bank of Elmwood's Main Office location has expanded into four full service facilities, three mortgage production offices, and an investment division. We are excited to have opened our newest Elmwood Lending office in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a division of Bank of Elmwood, Elmwood Lending will focus on offering a wide variety of mortgage and home equity services, the convenience of the Internet, and the heritage of a trusted banker.
